The Story of J O L Family Properties, Inc.

My husband and I have been married for 22 years. We have a beautiful, fun, and loving 10 year old daughter. We love the water and figured it was a good time in our life to start thinking about retiring. We decided that being close to the beach, having a lakeview and pool with some other amenities were what we wanted. We also love adventures and the outdoors.  Being close to great beaches, fishing, piers, shopping, and restaurants is a dream come true.  Ft. Myers is a beautiful place to be!

We also love being romantic and fell in love with the view. At first glance, there is serenity, calmness, a water fountain in the lake and the pool is surrounded by the lake. The greenery was luscious and the ambiance is wonderful for walking, biking, or simply bird watching.  At night if the sky is clear you can get a blanket and lay to see the stars behind the lanai. Very Romantic and fun. (Binoculars provided)
